Injuries can impact every aspect of your life. If you’ve sustained an injury or illness, you may be entitled to compensation. The law can be complex, but we are here to help.

Coal mining & Workplace Claims

It’s your employer's responsibility to ensure your work environment is safe and hazard-free. If you have been hurt in negligent circumstances, you may be entitled to compensation.

Superannuation & Insurance Claims

Are you unable to work at all because of an injury or illness? You may have TPD entitlements through a personal insurance policy, or even your superannuation policy. Claiming on a policy is not straightforward and specialist legal advice is recommended.
